Ads Specialist (Medical Focus)
We’re a growing medical software and diagnostics company looking for a Paid Ads Manager to take over and scale our LinkedIn and Facebook ad campaigns.
What you'll do:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Facebook
- Target medical professionals, clinics, and healthcare organizations
- Analyze performance and adjust creatives and targeting accordingly
- Collaborate with the marketing team for messaging and strategy
Report on results & ROI
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have 2+ years of experience running successful paid ad campaigns
- Understand B2B marketing, ideally in healthcare or medical tech
- Know how to write ad copy that converts
- Are self-directed, results-driven, and communicate clearly
Can commit to part-time work (10–15 hours/week)
Bonus if you:
- Have experience working with healthcare or medical audiences
- Worked with CRM or lead capture integrations
