Ads Specialist (Medical Focus)

We’re a growing medical software and diagnostics company looking for a Paid Ads Manager to take over and scale our LinkedIn and Facebook ad campaigns.

 

What you'll do:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Target medical professionals, clinics, and healthcare organizations
  • Analyze performance and adjust creatives and targeting accordingly
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for messaging and strategy
  • Report on results & ROI

     

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Have 2+ years of experience running successful paid ad campaigns
  • Understand B2B marketing, ideally in healthcare or medical tech
  • Know how to write ad copy that converts
  • Are self-directed, results-driven, and communicate clearly
  • Can commit to part-time work (10–15 hours/week)

     

Bonus if you:

  • Have experience working with healthcare or medical audiences
  • Worked with CRM or lead capture integrations
