Email Deliverability Specialist

We are looking for a technically savvy and detail-driven Email Deliverability Specialist to join our CRM & retention team. This role is crucial to ensuring our marketing and transactional emails consistently reach users’ inboxes, maintaining high sender reputation, and driving engagement through data-driven improvements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

β€’ Monitor and optimize email deliverability performance across multiple platforms (ESP, CRM, etc.)

β€’ Conduct technical audits of email infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS configs) and suggest improvements

β€’ Manage sender reputation across domains and IPs, including blacklist monitoring and complaint rate reduction

β€’ Analyze delivery metrics (open rate, bounce rate, complaint rate) and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance

β€’ Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to align deliverability practices with content strategies and technical implementation

β€’ Set up and maintain monitoring tools (e.g., Google Postmaster Tools, InboxAlly, Folderly) and produce regular reports

β€’ Maintain compliance with international regulations such as GDPR and ESP-specific policies

β€’ Build and implement a long-term deliverability strategy and drive proactive improvements

 

Requirements:

β€’ 3+ years of experience in email marketing, deliverability, or related areas

β€’ Proven experience in improving deliverability and managing large-scale email infrastructure

β€’ Deep understanding of authentication protocols: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and DNS troubleshooting

β€’ Hands-on experience with ESPs such as Customer.IO, Sendgrid, and deliverability tools like Warmy, GlockApps, or Mail-Tester

β€’ Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear actions for non-technical teams

β€’ Strong data analysis skills with tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar

β€’ Understanding of email infrastructure concepts (shared/dedicated IPs, warming, feedback loops)

β€’ Solid communication and documentation skills

β€’ Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate level of English (B1–B2)

 

Bonus:

β€’ Experience in iGaming or affiliate marketing projects

β€’ Knowledge of international email regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR)
