CRM Retention Manager Offline

We are looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience in sweepstakes casino (must-have)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing
- Experience working with Tier-1 markets (US, Canada, etc.)
- Background in the gambling or iGaming industry
- Upper-Intermediate+ English skills (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze user behavior and segment the database to create personalized and relevant offers
- Develop lifecycle marketing strategies: onboarding, engagement, retention, win-back
- Run A/B tests and evaluate performance to make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams for campaign execution
- Optimize product communications to improve customer profitability (LTV)
- Monitor competitors and market trends to stay ahead
- Build and execute a multichannel retention strategy: email, push, SMS, messengers
