Operatoin manager

Hello! We are looking for an Operations Manager — someone who’s excited to build processes, solve operational challenges, and take ownership of cross-team collaboration.

🔧 Main tasks:

• Build & optimize internal processes
• Improve cross-team collaboration
• Track tasks & department efficiency
• Maintain documentation & knowledge bases

✅ Requirements:

• 1+ year in operations / consulting / analytics
• Strong logic & problem-solving
• Structured, detail-oriented

• Basic English (B1+) for working with docs

   

  Important: the candidate must be located outside Ukraine.
