SMM Manager (IGaming)

We are currently continuing to develop actively and are recruiting for the positions SMM manager.

What you need to do:

1. Development and implementation of a content strategy:
- Creating a content plan, preparing and publishing content (posts, stories, reels, videos).
- Adaptation of content for Meta (Facebook, Instagram), X, TikTok Ads, Telegram Ads.
- Using trends, organizing promotions and contests.
2. Expanding the audience and increasing engagement:
- Community development, communication with subscribers.
- Launching activities (polls, quizzes) and collaboration with influencers.
3. Setting up advertising campaigns:
- Creating creatives, setting up and optimizing ads in Meta (Facebook, Instagram), X, TikTok Ads, Telegram Ads.
- Analysis of performance indicators (CPC, CPM, CTR, ROI).
4. Working with influencers:
- Search for bloggers, preparation of terms of reference, control of publications, and performance analysis.
5. Analytics and reporting:
- Tracking metrics (reach, engagement, clicks).
- Conducting A/B tests, preparing reports, analyzing competitors.

What hard skills do you need to have:
- At least 2 years of experience in SMM (preferably in gambling, betting or financial products).
- Understanding of trends and preferences of the Latin American audience.
- Ability to work with Meta (Facebook, Instagram), X, TikTok Ads, Telegram Ads.
- Skills in creative creation, video editing, and storyboarding.
- Experience in setting up targeted advertising (Meta, TikTok Ads, Telegram Ads).
- Analytics skills (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics).
