Personal Brand Producer for CEO

We are looking for a Producer to join our Warsaw office of a strong international CEO who will help develop a personal brand on key platforms: YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, Twitter, podcasts.

The project is actively growing, the task is to build a systemic, high-quality media machine around the founder's expertise.
 

What we will do:
 

• Build and implement a content plan for all key platforms

• Organize the filming process (selection of locations, timing, team organization)

• Sagging and distribution of technical tasks to the team

• Build cross-platform production taking into account the features of each platform

• Work with the team

• Control the content budget

• Look for additional formats and ideas, test them

• Conduct content analytics and give recommendations for growth

• Interact with PR and partner projects to scale the personal brand

 

What is important:
 

• Experience as a personal brand producer / digital producer / content producer

• Excellent understanding of platforms: YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, Twitter, podcasts

• Ability to build a systematic production for a business expert style

(not lifestyle, not entertainment - exactly an expert business brand)

• Experience in organizing the filming process: timing, team, logistics

• Experience in team management (currently small, will grow)

• Sense of taste, visual background

• Ability to work in an office and interact live with the team and CEO
