In-App Media Buyer
We're looking for a performance-driven In-App Media Buyer to join our user acquisition team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with mobile traffic buying and a strong focus on driving in-app actions and ROAS-positive growth.
π What Youβll Be Doing:
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across ad networks (Meta, TikTok, DSPs, etc.)
- Work with large budgets and drive users through the funnel β from install to in-app actions (registration, purchase, etc.)
- Analyze performance data (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and improve campaign efficiency
- Coordinate with the creative team to test and iterate ad assets
- Run A/B tests to improve targeting, bidding, creatives, and landing flows
- Work with MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust) and internal analytics tools to track performance
β What Weβre Looking For:
- From 6 months of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing for mobile apps
- Hands-on experience with in-app event optimization and performance-based buying
- Familiarity with attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with performance data
- Proactive, independent, and eager to test new hypotheses
π‘ Nice to Have:
- Experience with multiple ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Unity Ads, IronSource, etc.)
- Experience with creative testing and funnel optimization
- SQL / BI tool skills (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
- Background in mobile-first products (games, fintech, utilities, lifestyle, etc.)
