SMM/AI Content Creator (Traffic-Driven)
We’re looking for a creative, independent, and trend-savvy SMM & AI Content Creator (Traffic-Driven) to help us generate massive traffic through smart, engaging, and viral content. You’ll be responsible for producing and distributing eye-catching visuals, short-form videos, and trend-based content across major public platforms like Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook and others.
You won’t just be posting — you’ll drive growth. This role is ideal for someone who understands where to get traffic, how to engage with digital culture, and what makes content go viral.
Requirements
• Proven experience in SMM, content creation, traffic or viral marketing from 0,5 year;
• Knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices;
• Understanding of organic reach, social media algorithms, and traffic generation;
• At least Upper-intermediate writing, editing, and grammar skills with attention to detail (English language - must have);
• Working knowledge with graphic editors like Figma, Canva, etc.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
• Ability to work independently and proactively suggest what, when, and how to post;
• Creative and positive thinking.
Nice to Have
- Experience with paid targeting / boosting content;
- Background in crypto, AI, or digital tech projects;
- Portfolio of content that got high views/engagement.
What You’ll Do
• Collaborate closely with the CEO to align social media efforts;
• Create and implement a content AI plan with creative visuals, posts, and video formats;
• Work across all major social platforms to post, promote, and grow traffic
• Generate creative content and ideas;
• Making simple videos for social networks — reels, shorts, stories, etc.);
• Write short, punchy copy that fits each platform’s tone and audience
• Create high-volume, high-impact content (memes, reels, videos, graphics) tailored to platform trends
• Optimize posts for reach, engagement, and virality
• Track SMM activities, analyze achievements, and initiate ideas for performance improvement;
• Suggest and test new creative formats and growth hacks
• Take ownership of content performance — you care about numbers and results
