Media Buyer / Operations Manager (with Technical Background)

We are looking for a highly motivated Media Buyer / Operations Manager with a strong technical background to join our growing digital media team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with DSPs or other media buying platforms and is comfortable managing both the operational and technical aspects of campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate new ad exchanges and SSPs into our media ecosystem
  • Set up tracking pixels and implement server-to-server (S2S) tracking solutions
  • Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth technical and operational setup
  • Monitor campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and drive continuous optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, development, and analytics to ensure campaign success
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to tracking, integration, or delivery

     

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in media buying or digital ad operations
  • Proven experience with DSPs or other media platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising technologies and real-time bidding
  • Solid knowledge of tracking implementations (pixel-based and S2S)
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for optimization opportunities
  • Technical proficiency in managing data flows, tagging, and integrations
  • Strong communication and project management skills
