Senior SMM Offline

Responsibilities (some of which will be shared with the current SMM):

  • Develop a media plan taking into account planned product events and the company’s overall marketing strategy
  • Control and strategically manage the brand’s presence on social networks, ensuring its recognition and compliance with the marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with designers and motion designers to create creative and viral content that increases audience engagement and brand recognition
  • Develop and create texts for publications on social networks, adapting them to the target audience and brand communication strategy
  • Manage and administer social networks (Facebook, Discord, X, TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp), ensuring regular content updates, audience interaction and compliance with the overall marketing strategy
  • Monitor key engagement and conversion indicators on social networks, analyze results and propose solutions to improve communication efficiency
  • Coordinate and monitor work community management, ensuring effective interaction with the audience and supporting the brand image (if there is a separate manager)
  • Participate in negotiations and conclude agreements on collaborations with thematic communities to expand the reach and strengthen the brand’s position

 

Requirements:

  • 3 years of practical experience in SMM
  • 1 year of experience in international markets (outside Ukraine and the CIS)
  • Fluent written English
  • High level of independence and developed self-organization skills, allowing you to effectively perform tasks without constant control
  • High level of creativity, initiative and responsibility in performing work tasks, the ability to propose and implement non-standard solutions

 

An advantage will be:

  • Experience playing CS2 or Dota 2, understanding of game mechanics and communities, which allows you to effectively interact with the target audience
  • Experience working in GameDev, understanding the specifics of the gaming industry, trends market and interaction with the gaming audience
  • Ability to build live and relaxed communication with the audience, communicating as with like-minded people and friends, and not just as with numbers in statistics
  • Understanding the specifics and practical experience of using the Snapchat, Discord, WhatsApp, Twitch platforms for communication, content marketing and audience engagement
  • Experience working with B2C products aimed at a young audience, including understanding their needs, behavioral characteristics and effective communication channels
