Looking for  fast-moving gambling startup with one year of groundwork behind us — infrastructure built, team forming, and product almost ready to launch. Your Mission:

You’ll take full control of the project — from fine-tuning go-to-market strategy to building and leading the core team, securing licenses, and scaling user acquisition. You’ll act as the face of the company to partners, investors, and regulators, and be responsible for turning a well-prepared foundation into a revenue-generating business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finalize and execute the go-to-market and brand strategy.
• Build and lead the executive team (Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance).
• Lead licensing efforts and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Drive investor relations and secure additional funding where needed.
• Oversee launch activities, partnerships, and user acquisition.
• Own and manage company P&L, KPIs, and overall performance.
• Foster a strong, focused, and agile company culture.

What You Bring:

• Leadership experience in the online gambling or tech/startup space.
• Deep understanding of Tier-1 gambling markets and regulatory landscapes.
• Experience launching or scaling an iGaming product or business.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels.
• Strong network in the industry and/or with investors is a plus.
• Visionary mindset, with a bias toward execution and results.
