Community Manager – Reddit, Quora, Growth Forums
We’re looking for a low-key internet native to make noise in the right corners of the web, without sounding like a marketer. You'll write smart replies, plant smart questions, and subtly point readers toward our brand without ever breaking character. If you live on Reddit, Quora, Hacker News, IndieHackers, or founder Slack groups, and know how to blend in while standing out. This is for you.
This role is half growth hacker, half copy sniper. You’ll research threads, jump into discussions, and spark conversations that position us as the go-to team for AI-powered software and SaaS development.
Working hours from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM EET.
What you’ll do:
- Post and reply across Reddit, Quora, IndieHackers, Twitter, etc.
- Start and nurture threads that bring in organic traffic
- Drop subtle but effective mentions of our company in context
- Track what’s working (clicks, upvotes, replies) and double down
Who you are:
- You understand internet culture, especially in startup and dev communities
- You write like a human, not a brand, smart, curious, and slightly sharp
- You’ve done growth-focused forum posting before (or know how to learn fast)
- You have an English level of B2 or higher.
You can talk about tech (AI, SaaS, product dev) without sounding salesy
Bonus:
- Experience with Hacker News, Slack groups, Product Hunt comments
- Can coordinate with our content team to amplify blog posts and case studies
- Knows the difference between karma farming and strategic value
We offer:
- Fixed salary in USD;
- The adaptation period is negotiated individually with the candidate;
- An interesting project in an international company;
- Loyal leadership, lack of bureaucracy;
- English lessons to sharpen your skills even further;
- Paid vacation and sick days — we believe in work-life balance.
This is not about spamming or copy-pasting. It’s about becoming a trusted voice in the right places — and quietly turning that trust into traffic and leads.
If that sounds like your kind of hustle, send us a few posts or threads you’ve written that show your tone, instincts, and brain. We’re hiring fast.
