About Our Role
We’re looking for an ambitious and energetic Junior Lead Generation Manager to support our Sales & Business Development team. This is a perfect opportunity for someone early in their career to grow into a full Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Sales Manager role.
You’ll work directly with our team to identify, research, and qualify potential clients in the niche and world of physical security technology.
What You’ll Do
- Generate Leads: Research and identify new B2B prospects via LinkedIn, associations, exhibitions, websites.
- Outreach: Assist with outbound activities (email, LinkedIn, forms, light calling optional).
- CRM Support: Keep our CRM organized and up to date with clean, consistent data.
- Reporting: Create simple reports on lead status, outreach activities, and pipeline growth.
- Support Sales Events: Help organize meetings, industry events, and trade shows with clear logistics and schedules.
What You Bring
- Basic understanding of sales or marketing workflows (internship or coursework is OK!)
- Good research and data-handling skills
- Strong communication in English (B2+) — written and verbal
- Time management and planning skills
- Interest in B2B sales, SaaS, or tech
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM software (Hubspot, Pipedrive, or similar)
- German language skills
- Interest in security, IoT, or hardware/software industries
