Webiya is a growing Frontend and Full Stack consulting and services agency. We partner with Israeli and international startups to provide top-tier development talent and complete R&D solutions. We're now looking for an experienced  Recruiter to help us find exceptional developers to join our team.

This role can be remote, part-time, full-time, or commission-based — we're flexible for the right person.

🎯 Your Mission

You’ll be responsible for identifying, approaching, and engaging top-tier Senior Frontend and Full Stack Developers (React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, etc.) who will thrive in a fast-paced startup-style environment.

You'll be working closely with our leadership to refine hiring needs, run outreach campaigns, screen candidates, and guide them through our streamlined hiring process.

🛠 What You'll Do

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified senior developers
• Work closely with our team to understand role requirements and tech stack
• Represent Webiya’s brand and culture to potential candidates
• Track and report on recruiting metrics and funnel performance

• Experience hiring developers, ideally in startups or tech consulting firms
• A proactive approach to sourcing — you're not waiting for applications to come to you
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible, self-driven, and results-oriented

💻 Nice to Have

• Existing tech talent network or access to recruiting platforms
• Familiarity with Israeli or international startup culture
• Previous experience hiring for consulting/agency-style roles
