About The Role
We’re looking for a highly driven Influencer Manager to scale Lonza Shoes' presence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube through strategic influencer partnerships. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and managing a high-performing creator network that drives measurable revenue and brand awareness in the U.S. market.

Your Mission as Influencer Manager:

  • Scale annual revenue generated through influencer-driven campaigns.
  • Increase ROAS from paid influencer collaborations through optimized creator selection and content briefing.
  • Grow the number of active, revenue-generating influencers in our network month-over-month.
  • Secure and maintain long-term partnerships with high-performing mid-to-macro creators.
  • Launch consistent, high-impact influencer campaigns aligned with product drops and seasonal themes.
  • Improve conversion performance through better tracking, offer structures, and creative formats.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, vet, and recruit high-potential influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Negotiate paid and affiliate-based collaborations with a focus on ROI
  • Manage the full influencer lifecycle β€” outreach, onboarding, briefing, tracking, and retention
  • Build and execute campaign briefs aligned with product drops, seasonality, and brand moments
  • Monitor influencer performance using UTMs, codes, and platform analytics
  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with top-performing creators


    Who We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills β€” written and verbal β€” with a proven ability to build relationships with creators and negotiate deals
  • Experience managing influencer collaborations in the U.S. or other Western markets
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube influencer ecosystems
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates
  • English level B2 or higher β€” capable of handling negotiations, briefs, and reporting
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with tracking tools (UTMs, discount codes, affiliate platforms)
