💫 Who we are looking for: 

 

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven PPC Specialist to lead our advertising strategy. The ideal candidate is data-focused, proactive, and fully accountable for campaign performance. You should demonstrate a strong ability to identify growth opportunities, optimize results, and address challenges with composure and efficiency. Clear communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential.

🎯 Requirements:

 

✅ Amazon Advertising Console
Confident in Sponsored Products, Brands & Display. Skilled in manual/auto campaigns, portfolio budgeting, bid adjustments (Top of Search, Product Pages), and targeting (product, category, audience).

 

✅ Amazon Brand Analytics
Able to leverage SFR, Top Clicked/Purchased ASINs, Market Basket & Comparison reports, and Top of Search Share to guide ad strategy.

 

✅ Helium 10 (or similar tools)
Experience with Cerebro, Magnet, Keyword Tracker, Profits dashboard.

 

✅ Excel / Google Sheets
Advanced user — pivot tables, lookups, conditional formatting. Can build dashboards and merge reports across marketplaces.

 

✅ Bulk File Management
Comfortable editing and uploading bulk sheets to scale efficiently.

 

✅ English Proficiency
Fluent or strong conversational level required.

 

✅ Data-Driven Mindset
Understands full funnel performance, diagnoses weak CTR/CVR, and makes informed adjustments.

 

✅ Listing Awareness
Can diagnose listing-related ad issues and suggest improvements (images, titles, pricing, etc.).

 

✅ Growth Strategy Insight
Knows how to scale profitably, manage TACOS, and balance automation vs. manual controls.

 

🎯 Responsibilities:

 

❇️ Campaign Strategy & Setup

– Develop and implement PPC strategies tailored to each product and market (US, CA, EU)

– Build and manage campaigns for different goals (ranking, awareness, profitability).
– Create clean structures: branded vs non-branded, manual vs auto, product vs category.
–  Use placement modifiers to enhance visibility.

❇️ Keyword Research & Targeting

– Deep research via Helium 10, Brand Analytics, search term reports.
– Use ASIN targeting and category refinement for broader reach.

❇️ Optimization

– Adjust bids, placements, and budgets regularly.
– Cut waste, scale what works.
– Improve CTR and conversion rates.
 

❇️ Reporting & Analysis

– Weekly/monthly reports on ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, etc.
– Monitor market share and competitor movement.
– Share insights with the team clearly.

 

❇️ Budget Management

– Allocate by product and campaign goal.
– Monitor daily spend.
– Adapt based on inventory, seasonality, and performance.
 

❇️ Competitor & Market Monitoring

– Track Share of Voice and keyword trends.
– Spot gaps in competitor strategies.
 

❇️ A/B Testing & Innovation

– Test creatives, placements, targeting types.
– Try new features and beta tools.

❇️ Cross-Team Collaboration

– Work with creative team on development ads.
– Align ad efforts with inventory and product plans.
– Recommend listing optimizations based on ad data.

 

🎯Nice to have:

 

– Experience with small to mid-sized brands or FBA aggregators.

– Experience with Google Analytics, Amazon Attribution, or AMC.
