We are now looking to bring on board a strong sales leader who can amplify our existing potential and elevate our commercial function to the next level.

This role entails a high degree of autonomy and influence over the company’s strategic development. The core objective is to scale growth, initiate timely strategic changes, identify growth opportunities, and build a stable, predictable, and result-oriented sales system.

GroupBWT is a consulting firm specializing in data management, data scraping, and the construction of customized data platforms. Our focus is on technically complex solutions, including large-scale data scraping from hundreds of websites, integration with ERP systems, overcoming anti-bot protections, and delivering high-quality data insights tailored to each client’s unique business needs. Unlike off-the-shelf software, our solutions are customized, sophisticated, and strategically designed to maximize value from data.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company’s commercial growth strategy
  • Transform and evolve the GTM strategy
  • Build a predictable and sustainable sales model that ensures a steady stream of qualified leads and successful deal closures
  • Manage the entire sales function, including team leadership, outreach campaigns, presales organization, and partnership development
  • Monitor trends, test and implement new AI-driven tools to improve efficiency and transparency
  • Participate in key presales and strategic negotiations

     

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales in the IT sector (outsourcing, custom engineering solutions)
  • 2+ years of successful leadership experience in roles such as VP of Sales, CBDO, Head of Growth, or Strategy Head of Sales, with direct influence on strategy and revenue
  • Hands-on experience in building or scaling a sales system for technically complex and custom solutions
  • Strong understanding of the full B2B sales cycle: from defining the ICP and crafting offers to contract signing
  • Successful track record in working with enterprise clients and negotiating at the C-level
  • Team leadership skills: hiring, development, performance management, and motivation
  • Ability to structure processes and build systems based on metrics and business logic
  • Result-driven, mature, and highly independent professional

     

Will be a plus: 

  • Experience in the Web Scraping, data parsing, or data engineering fields.
  • Experience in companies with over 500 employees.
  • Readiness and ability to participate in international business trips.
