🌍 We're Hiring: AI Engineer with Mandatory Real Estate Experience (AVM / PropTech)

We’re a venture-backed startup revolutionizing the real estate landscape in the UAE with the power of AI. Our core product is an AI-powered Automated Valuation Model (AVM) designed specifically for the local market.

We're looking for an experienced AI Engineer with a solid background in real estate or proptech, especially in predictive modeling and AVM development.
👉 Applications without real estate-related experience will not be considered.

🔧 Your Role:

• Design, build, and optimize an AVM tailored to the UAE property market
• Develop predictive models focused on pricing, property valuation, and market dynamics
• Work closely with data and product teams to shape the AVM roadmap

• Apply advanced ML/AI methods using real estate data, satellite imagery, and transaction history

   

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with real estate data, AVMs, or proptech predictive modeling
• Strong applied ML/AI skills (we’re flexible on specific tools/languages)
• Ability to take initiative and own your part of the product
• Excellent communication in English (our team is fully international)
