Your Role

 

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager with deep experience in LinkedIn marketing and professional services content

 

You'll develop platform-specific content strategies, grow audience engagement, and lead visual storytelling efforts across LinkedIn (priority), Instagram, and Facebook. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of LinkedIn as a platform for professional positioning, B2B storytelling, and industry thought leadership.

 

Responsibilities

 

Social Media Strategy & Management

 

  • Lead LinkedIn-first content planning—including carousels, professional insights, and branded thought leadership pieces.
  • Develop and maintain monthly content calendars.
  • Manage and grow dNOVO’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook with a cohesive strategy.
  • Write platform-appropriate copy tailored for professional (LinkedIn) and visual (Instagram/Facebook) audiences.
  • Monitor analytics to optimize content and improve audience engagement over time, with an emphasis on LinkedIn metrics such as impressions, engagement rate, and post reach.
     

Visual & Graphic Design

 

  • Create branded visual assets using Canva, Illustrator, or Figma.
  • Design reusable social media templates for consistent visual identity and campaign execution.
  • Develop simple animations for Instagram stories or highlight reels (preferably).

 

Required Skills & Experience

 

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for professional services or B2B brands.
  • Understanding of audience behavior, brand voice, and content formats tailored to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook.
  • Strong design sensibility and experience using design tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Strong writing and copy editing skills for professional audiences.
  • Self-starter with strong project management and content scheduling skills.
