Head of Affiliate Marketing Offline

Position responsibilities:

* Build and lead the affiliate team (affiliate managers, traffic specialists), set clear KPIs, and ensure consistent performance.

* Develop and scale partnerships with affiliates, networks, Telegram communities, and Web3-native traffic sources.

* Optimize affiliate campaigns using data and analytics (CPI, CPA, ROI).

* Launch and manage in-house affiliate programs and offer tracking infrastructure (e.g. Keitaro, Postback, etc.).

* Monitor affiliate compliance and fraud risks.

* Work closely with media buying, product, and legal teams to support strategic growth.
 

Position requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing (preferably crypto/iGaming verticals).

* Experience building affiliate programs or departments from scratch.

* Strong understanding of tracking tools and affiliate infrastructure (e.g. Keitaro, Everflow).

* Team leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior specialists.

* Excellent English communication skills (Advanced+).

* Strategic mindset and hands-on attitude — you know how to negotiate and close deals.
