In short: a full-cycle creative producer, from concept to final render.

Not just someone who “played around with Midjourney,” but someone who uses AI as a real productivity booster.
Yes, with a performance mindset — you don’t make things that are just “pretty,” you make things that work.

What you’ll do:

• End-to-end production of mobile ad creatives — from brief to final export — solo.
• Use AI tools (Arcads, HeyGen, 11labs, etc.) to accelerate and scale content creation.
• Edit, animate, and finalize video & visuals for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
• Rapidly iterate and A/B test based on performance data and creative briefs.
• Maintain consistent quality, brand fit, and performance standards.

What we expect:

• A strong portfolio of ad creatives you’ve produced from scratch.
• Proven experience using AI tools (image/video generation, speech synthesis, character animation, etc.).
• Solid skills in video editing, motion design, and graphic design.
• Understanding of mobile marketing and performance creative testing.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1+).
• Willingness to complete a short test task.
