We’re currently looking for a Performance Marketing Team Lead to take on strategic and operational responsibility for paid traffic and lead a team of two marketers.
Who We’re Looking For
A seasoned digital marketer and strong team leader in one. You not only manage paid traffic with confidence and understand marketing through the lens of unit economics, but also know how to build processes, delegate effectively, grow your team, and lead it to measurable results. You have hands-on experience scaling advertising campaigns and know how to drive growth in competitive markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of two performance marketers: planning, oversight, and professional development.
- Develop and execute traffic acquisition strategies for global markets (US, Europe, UK).
- Scale channels including Google Ads (mandatory), Facebook, TikTok, Bing, Snapchat, and others.
- Allocate and manage budgets, focusing on ROI, ROAS, and overall profitability.
- Build marketing funnels, launch and analyze A/B tests.
- Track key performance metrics and present actionable reports to leadership.
- Draft creative briefs for ad assets and landing pages, and participate in their development.
Collaborate with designers, content teams, and BI analysts.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing, including Google Ads (required).
- Experience managing large advertising budgets and strategic campaign planning.
- Proficiency in working with multiple traffic sources (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Bing, etc.).
- Experience in team leadership or mentorship roles.
- Deep understanding of CPL, CPA, LTV, ROAS, ROMI, and unit economics.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, Google Analytics; knowledge of BI tools is a plus.
- Experience working with creatives and landing pages alongside designers and copywriters.
