Delivery Operations Coordinator
We are looking for a self-organized, detail-oriented Delivery Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support Delivery Operations Managers and contribute to the smooth and efficient execution of day-to-day operational processes across multiple client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update data in internal/external systems
- Verify teams’ weekly timesheets in client systems
- Assist with onboarding newcomers to client environments and systems
- Perform daily tasks in SAP
- Communicate with client support and compliance teams regarding access, documentation and account issues
- Monitor and control team access across tools and systems
- Develop and maintain internal documentation and tutorials for operational processes
Requirements:
- Intermediate English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in operations, coordination, or administrative roles
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with large data volumes
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Self-organization and accountability
- Proactive approach and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- SAP experience will be a plus
