Delivery Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a self-organized, detail-oriented Delivery Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support Delivery Operations Managers and contribute to the smooth and efficient execution of day-to-day operational processes across multiple client accounts. 

  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain and update data in internal/external systems 
  • Verify teams’ weekly timesheets in client systems 
  • Assist with onboarding newcomers to client environments and systems 
  • Perform daily tasks in SAP 
  • Communicate with client support and compliance teams regarding access, documentation and account issues 
  • Monitor and control team access across tools and systems 
  • Develop and maintain internal documentation and tutorials for operational processes 

  

Requirements: 

  

  • Intermediate English (written and spoken) 
  • Previous experience in operations, coordination, or administrative roles  
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with large data volumes 
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy 
  • Self-organization and accountability 
  • Proactive approach and problem-solving attitude 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • SAP experience will be a plus
