Senior Communications Manager Offline

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Communications Manager/Leader to develop, execute, and oversee internal and external communication strategies that align with Trinetix brand, support business goals, and enhance employee and stakeholder engagement. This role is responsible for leading corporate communications, public relations, internal messaging, executive communications, and content strategy across channels. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate communications or PR, exceptional writing and editing skills, and proven experience developing impactful communication initiatives in a fast-paced environment. 

 

This position requires an individual who is both a high-level strategist and a hands-on contributor, capable of crafting clear, consistent, and compelling messages for diverse audiences. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader, skilled collaborator, and trusted advisor to senior leadership. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute integrated internal communication strategies that support business goals and enhance brand positioning. 
  • Lead company-wide messaging, including employee communications, executive visibility. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, crafting speeches, presentations, and key messaging. 
  • Write, edit, and review content across channels to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice and quality standards. 
  • Oversee digital and print communications, including newsletters, intranet content. 
  • Ensure all communications comply with legal, regulatory, and industry standards. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent, Employer Brand, Marketing, Legal, and other teams to ensure timely, accurate, and aligned messaging. 
  • Measure communication effectiveness and continuously refine strategies based on data and feedback. 
  • Build a team of content creators for the Ukrainian and European regions. 

 

Requirements: 

  • 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience managing internal and external communications in a mid- to large-sized organization. 
  • Advanced level of English. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong grasp of storytelling, grammar, and tone. 
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. 
  • Experience developing and leading communication initiatives for executive leadership. 
  • Strong media relations skills and familiarity with media monitoring tools. 
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. 
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms (e.g., intranet, CMS, email tools, Slack, Teams). 
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. 

 

Nice-to-haves: 

  • Familiarity with visual communication tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). 
  • Understanding of SEO, analytics, and content performance tracking. 
  • Experience working in multinational or matrixed organizations. 
  • Multilingual communication skills or experience working with global teams. 
  • Any certifications in corporate communication, PR, or change management (e.g., IABC, PRSA, PMP).
