Middle PHP Developer (Symfony)

We are looking for a Middle PHP Developer with solid experience in Symfony to join our engineering team. You’ll work on a stable and well-structured backend, contribute to new features, optimize performance, and collaborate with frontend and product teams.

 Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend features using PHP (Symfony).
• Write clean, scalable, and testable code.
• Work with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Integrate with APIs and third-party services.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and product managers.
• Participate in code reviews and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with PHP and Symfony framework.
• Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience working with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of Git and common development workflows.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, or unit testing.
• Understanding of frontend basics (HTML/CSS/JS) for API integration.
