ML Engineer (NLP Expertise)

LITSLINK is looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to enforce our team of 19 enthusiastic Machine Learning specialists.

About you:

— 2-4 years of experience with NLP is a must;

— Experience with generative AI: LLMs (OpenAI + custom fine-tuning, Langchain, etc)

— 2-4 years of programming experience with the following languages/frameworks: Python; Pytorch /Tensorflow /Keras/ OpenCV;

— Familiarity with architectures for classification tasks: CNN, Faster R-CNN, ResNet; detections: YOLO, HOG; segmentation: U-Net, DeepLab, PSPNet;

— Solid practical and theoretical knowledge of Statistics, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning;

English skills enough to:

— Read/write/discuss technical requirements on tasks;

— Provide/take technical reviews on the code;

— Clearly describe your experience and technical decisions based on it;

— Support small talks and non-technical discussions.

What you will do:

— Responsible for the full cycle of NLP model development;

— Building the ML-based solution;

— Create production-ready solutions, launch MVPs, and help DevOps Team to deploy them;

— Work with NLP algorithms and data structures.
