The Gamzix team is expanding, and weβre seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts across both B2B and B2C segments.
Your Impact
1. Strategy & Leadership β Direction & Alignment
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals (B2B-focused; B2C as R&D)
- Build, lead, and scale the marketing team with clear objectives and performance standards
- Ensure a consistent, high-impact brand identity across all channels and materials
- Report key marketing insights and performance results to the executive team
2. B2B Growth β Media & Markets
- Lead B2B marketing efforts via LinkedIn, industry media, and digest platforms tailored to casino managers
- Define and execute a website strategy that positions the brand as a trusted B2B partner
- Prioritize the European market; develop region-specific strategies for Asia, the Middle East, and other key markets
- Adapt marketing approaches to the provider model (where direct LTV tracking is limited), using measurable performance indicators
3. B2C Development β Early-Stage Testing
- Design and test a scalable B2C strategy within the first 6 months
- Promote games directly to players via SEO, slot review platforms, and cost-efficient streamer activations
- Build and manage affiliate relationships based on CPA, RevShare, and PPA models
- Develop conversion funnels to grow organic interest and player acquisition
4. Campaigns, Content & Budget β Execution & ROI
- Oversee the creation of content (blogs, videos, media) that supports awareness and engagement
- Run digital marketing campaigns with a performance-driven approach, especially on LinkedIn
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget, focusing on high-ROI and scalable initiatives
5. Events & Partnerships β Presence & Leverage
- Align conference strategy and booth selection with overall marketing objectives, in collaboration with the event manager
- Build strategic B2B and B2C partnerships to expand reach and enhance brand visibility
6. Sales-Driven Marketing β Conversion Focus
- To sell our product. Yes, to sell, cause the main goal of marketing is to sell the product. No, you will not have direct communication with our clients or players, but marketing strategy always should have a target to sell as much as you can
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or in a similar senior marketing leadership role
- 2+ years of experience in iGaming as a CMO or equivalent
- Experience collaborating with or leading C-level stakeholders
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent business communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into actionable marketing insights
- Experience using Jira and Confluence for task and knowledge management
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency (both written and spoken)
