PPC Team Lead (Amazon) Offline

We’re a fast-growing Canadian e-commerce company in the Sports & Outdoors category with top-selling products on Amazon US, CA, and EU. As we scale, we’re looking for an experienced Amazon PPC Lead to take full ownership of our advertising strategy and build a results-driven PPC team from the ground up.

What you’ll do:
-Develop succesful Amazon PPC Strategy
-Always be welcome to bring your own vision
-Manage a team of PPC Specialists, but (see next)
Desire and Hire
-Structure campaigns, optimize bids and targeting, monitor KPIs (ACOS, TACOS, ROAS)
-Create and improve SOPs for scalable ad operations
-Analyze data, generate insights, and report to senior leadership
-Stay current with Amazon Ads features and trends — test and implement what works

We’re looking for someone who:
-Has 3+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon PPC, with at least 1−2 years in a leadership role
-Understands both the strategic and tactical sides of Amazon advertising
-Knows how to build a team, manage priorities, and ensure accountability
-Has strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving
-Communicates clearly and proactively
-English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
