Who are we looking for?
 

Junior+/Middle Performance Marketing Specialist.

As PeopleForce continues to scale across global markets, we are seeking a results-driven and proactive Performance Marketing Specialist to support and expand our paid social advertising efforts. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing campaigns primarily across Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with a focus on generating high-quality leads and fueling business growth.

This role plays a key part in improving campaign agility, strengthening insight generation, and ensuring a consistent flow of high-performing initiatives. You will be joining a dynamic and collaborative marketing team, taking ownership of operational campaign execution and driving ongoing creative testing cycles.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Proven track record of optimizing lead generation campaigns based on performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using advertising dashboards, Google Analytics, and interpreting data to drive decisions.
  • Solid understanding of audience segmentation and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a remote-first environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Setup & Optimization: Launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn platforms, ensuring consistent performance aligned with KPIs.
  • Creative Testing & Insights: Execute A/B tests on ad visuals and copy, analyze performance data, and generate actionable insights for optimization.
  • Audience Targeting: Build and refine audience segments; test new strategies to maximize campaign efficiency and scalability.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track campaign metrics, identify performance trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and visuals across campaigns.

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, particularly within the HR tech space.
  • Knowledge of UTM tracking, campaign tagging standards, and lead quality analysis.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with creative tools like Figma or Canva, or experience briefing creative teams.
  • Exposure to localized or multi-language advertising campaigns.
  • Interest in or experience with AI-powered performance marketing tools.
