We’re looking for a skilled CRM Manager to join our growing remote team and help us build exceptional player experiences that drive engagement, retention, and long-term value.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Define and manage customer segments based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and player value.
  • Plan, build, and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app).
  • Design strategies to increase player retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
  • Monitor campaign performance and key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion) and iterate based on data insights.
  • Map and optimize user journeys through automation and lifecycle marketing flows.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Analytics, and Customer Support to ensure cohesive communication.
  • Analyze user feedback to continuously improve communication relevance and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate daily/weekly/monthly promotions, bonus messages, reactivation flows, and more.
  • Create and run A/B or multivariate tests to refine messaging and reward mechanics.
  • Develop reward logic based on LTV, deposit tiers, and behavioral patterns.

    What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in a CRM role in the iGaming industry.
  • Deep understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and CRM campaign optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms — Symplify or Customer.io is a strong plus.
  • Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills — you know how to read KPIs and act on them.
  • Familiarity with bonus systems and promotional mechanics in online gaming.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communicative English proficiency (written & spoken).
