Head of AI Practice Offline

  Looking for a Head of AI Practice to an international product game studio with Ukrainian roots, a developer and publisher of mobile games that have been ranked in the top of their genres on the global market for over 10 years. The games  with a million-strong audience across 200 countries and a top-3 ranking in the US in its genre.

The company size -  140+ employees  (Ukraine, Europe)

AI business unit - PM, AI artist, programmer

Location - remote job from any country, office Kyiv

Requirement:

  • 5+ years of experience in management  in IT product  companies (game dev as a big plus)
  • Strong experience with AI tools and integrations in different units (tech, art, design, business processes etc)
  • Experience  with focus on team leadership, process optimization, and applying data-driven solutions.
  • Experience with Python and ML (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Understanding of ML algorithms, data structures, and statistics.
  • Experience working with big data and analytical tools.
  • Ability to work with a team of up to 5 people, implement changes, motivate colleagues, and promote new ideas.
  • Interest in AI as a field of continuous professional and personal development.
  • Creativity, independence, and openness to feedback.

 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Developing an AI integration plan for company business processes, covering art, testing, code, text, analytics, localization, and marketing. Using AI to reduce routine tasks and increase team efficiency.
  • Monitoring new AI technologies, evaluating their potential and business impact.
  • Testing new solutions, adapting, and implementing successful approaches.
  • Creating streamlined content generation processes (art, text, video, etc.) without manual input, tailored to the needs of various departments.
  • Creating workflows for rapid content generation without manual work, tailored to the needs of all teams.
  • Conducting internal training sessions (10-15 per year) to raise team awareness of working with AI tools.
