Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute robust community-building strategies across social channels (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Meta) designed to attract, engage, and convert prospects into high-value clients.
- Implement and optimize paid social media campaigns with clearly defined KPIs focused on customer acquisition, account-based marketing (ABM), engagement rates, and measurable revenue outcomes.
- Directly engage with online communities, proactively responding to inquiries, resolving client issues swiftly, and managing feedback effectively to nurture long-term client relationships.
- Utilize advanced data analytics to continuously optimize social content, enhance hyper-personalization, and elevate targeted engagement to maximize conversion rates.
- Conduct comprehensive social listening, sentiment analysis, and market trend monitoring to proactively identify revenue-generating opportunities, customer insights, and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing team to align social media activities with broader revenue objectives, ensuring integrated and measurable campaign outcomes.
- Develop and manage influencer and strategic partnership programs aimed at amplifying brand trust, expanding market reach, and accelerating customer acquisition.
- Actively lead content creation and management of live streaming and podcast initiatives in partnership with P2H Future Impact Lab to strengthen brand presence and thought leadership.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience managing social media communities with a strong emphasis on customer acquisition, revenue generation, and ABM marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns that drive substantial client conversion and revenue growth.
- Advanced analytical capabilities with hands-on proficiency in social listening platforms, analytics tools, CRM systems, and ABM platforms.
- Track record of significantly increasing customer engagement, conversion rates, community growth, and measurable ROI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with a client-centric mindset and proactive problem-solving ability.
- Strong experience in developing and executing content strategies for live streaming and podcasting, ideally within B2B or technology sectors.
