Role Overview:
Drive B2B2C growth and adoption of AI-powered prosthetics, primarily targeting the U.S. market, through digital marketing strategies focused on performance marketing and demand generation.
Our expectations:
This key role within the marketing team is ideal for an experienced manager capable of driving initiatives while fostering close collaboration with internal teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategy across all platforms (website, email, social, paid media).
- Run performance marketing campaigns including PPC, retargeting, and paid social campaigns ensuring ongoing optimization to drive high-quality traffic and lead generation.
- Oversee social media channels by managing content schedules and responding to messages and comments; collaborate with the Content Creation Specialist to provide insights and ensure timely, aligned content delivery.
- Manage and optimize website content, UX, and conversion pathways to support lead generation and product discovery.
- Adjust automation workflows to streamline lead nurturing, email campaigns, and reporting.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize impact.
Job Skill Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within tech or B2B2C marketing;
- Proven track record of executing successful multi-channel digital campaigns;
- Strong knowledge of paid ads, email marketing, and analytics platforms;
- Proficient in GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and HubSpot or equivalent tools;
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
A strong advantage for this role will be:
- Understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies;
- Certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics;
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
