CFO/Finance Manager Offline

We are looking for a proactive and business-minded CFO to join our team.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, strategic, and confident in managing finances across international markets. You’ll lead all core financial operations — from cash flow and tax structure to budgeting and reporting — in a company that combines physical retail and e-commerce.

This is a high-impact role for someone who brings both financial control and growth-oriented thinking to a fast-paced retail and e-commerce business.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build and continuously update the financial model (including e-commerce unit)
• Manage payment calendar, oversee P&L, Cash Flow, and budgeting
• Control document flow, vendor payments, and credit limits
• Maintain internal management reporting and liaise with local Italian accountants
• Optimize tax structuring in accordance with European regulations
• Coordinate with banks, PSPs, auditors, and legal consultants
• Monitor fiscal and regulatory risk across jurisdictions
• Support strategic financial planning and investment decisions
• Analyze cost-efficiency of logistics, e-commerce, warehousing, and marketing

• Develop and implement KPI dashboards for stakeholders and departments

   

  Requirements:

• 3+ years in a CFO or Head of Finance position
• Deep knowledge of tax optimization and international financial structuring
• Experience working with European accounting systems and payment platforms
• Solid skills in Excel / Google Sheets and business intelligence tools
• Practical knowledge of IFRS and international financial reporting
• Fluent English is a must; Italian is a strong advantage
• Hands-on experience setting up finance processes from scratch
• Familiarity with retail, e-commerce, or B2B service environments
