About the Project

USA-based company providing Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance software tailored for the pharmacy benefit management industry. The platform helps organizations navigate evolving laws and regulations by offering structured compliance workflows.

• Stage: Established, ongoing project (4+ years).
• Team: 2 Backend Developers, 1 Frontend Developer, 1 QA, 1 PM (all from Digis), 1 Product Owner.
• Project Duration: Long-term.
• Project country and TimeZone: USA. CST, work by 11 PM Kyiv time
   

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Django.
• 1+ year working with PostgreSQL.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) — frequent and extended communication in English.
• Experience with REST APIs, Celery, Docker, and AWS is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to contribute to solution architecture.
