Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organised and strategic AI Operations Manager to oversee the deployment, performance, and continuous improvement of AI systems within our client organisation. This role serves as the bridge between AI development teams, business stakeholders, and operational units to ensure that artificial intelligence initiatives are effectively aligned with business goals and operate reliably at scale.

• AI Ops Ownership: Manage the operational lifecycle of AI models — from deployment and monitoring to optimization and retraining.
• Cross-Team Alignment: Act as a key operational link between data scientists, blockchain developers, and business stakeholders.
• Model Governance: Set up frameworks for version control, drift detection, performance monitoring, and auditability.
• Tooling & Infrastructure: Optimize AI pipelines using modern MLOps stacks (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases) integrated into Web3 products.
• Incident Response: Lead diagnosis and resolution of AI-related issues, ensuring uptime and model reliability.
• Compliance & Ethics: Ensure AI usage complies with emerging AI governance standards and respects data privacy and decentralized principles.
• Scalability & Growth: Support scaling of AI infrastructure as the company grows, including vendor and cloud resource management.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3 years of experience in AI/ML operations, data engineering, or technical program management.
• Good understanding of AI/ML systems, data pipelines, and infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD.
• Strong knowledge of MLOps best practices.
• Bonus: Exposure to blockchain/Web3 tech (smart contracts, DeFi protocols, decentralized storage, etc.).
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to lead in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
• Fluent in English .
