Product Manager PIN-UP Team Offline

PIN-UP Global is an international holding specializing in the development and implementation of advanced technologies, B2B solutions and innovative products for the iGaming industry. We provide certification and licensing of our products, providing customers and partners of the holding with high-quality and reliable solutions.

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Product Manager PIN-UP Team to join our team and drive the strategy, development, and growth of innovative iGaming products.

Requirements:

— 3-4 years of commercial experience as a Product Manager

— Proven ability to create product strategy and define a clear product vision.

— Demonstrated experience in creating, maintaining, and prioritizing product roadmaps.

— Strong understanding of backlog prioritization techniques.

— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

— Experience working with cross-functional teams.

— Familiarity with product analytics and tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, and Hotjar.

— Experience in conducting user research.

— Ability to create and maintain user personas.

— Knowledge of agile software development principles and Scrum ceremonies.

Will be a plus:

— Product Manager certification.

— Previous Experience as a Product Owner / Project Manager

— Analytics certification.

— Knowledge of UI and UX trends.

Responsibilities:

— Develop and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap

— Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog using various prioritization techniques.

— Collaborate closely with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements, understand their needs, and manage expectations.

— Work effectively with cross-functional teams (design, development, communications, security) to deliver high-quality features.

— Utilize product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, Hotjar) to understand user behavior, identify opportunities, and measure the success of product initiatives

— Conduct user research to gain deep insights into user needs and pain points.

— Create and maintain user personas to ensure a user-centric approach to product development.

— Champion and facilitate agile software development methodologies, particularly Scrum ceremonies.
