Jr. Recruiter / Operation Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Jr. Recruiter/Operation Specialist who is ready to support our hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for various technical and non-technical roles. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment who wants to grow their career in the IT industry.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using LinkedIn and other job platforms.
• Review CVs and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage and coordinate all stages of the interview process.
• Ensure clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the CEO, Head of HR, and Head of Product Operations to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Draft, edit, and format internal documents, reports, and presentations upon request.
• Support the preparation of materials for meetings, project updates, and team briefings.
• Perform various administrative and operational tasks to support daily business activities and ongoing projects.
   

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in recruitment or sourcing (preferably in IT).
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Djinni, and Upwork.
• Basic understanding of tech and non-tech roles.
• Hands-on experience with operational tasks and documentation.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset.
• Intermediate English or higher (written and spoken).
• Experience conducting screening interviews is a plus.
