Paid Social Manager (PPC/Target) Offline

PIN-UP Global is an international holding specializing in the development and implementation of advanced technologies, B2B solutions and innovative products for the iGaming industry.

Our holding is represented in seven countries (Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Peru, Malta). The headquarters of the holding is located in Cyprus.

We are looking for a Paid Social Manager to join our team!

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience as a PPC Specialist or Targeting Specialist;

- Experience auditing existing advertising campaigns;

- Experience writing promotion strategies;

- Experience creating media plans;

- Experience setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns;

- Experience working with advertising platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TG Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads for at least 1 year;

- Experience preparing and maintaining reports;

- Understanding of analytics: GA4, Ads Manager, etc;

- Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian.

Will be plus:

- Experience launching Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 campaigns;

- Diverse experience in IT, digital marketing, B2B, Gambling/Nutra fields.

Responsibilities:

- Launch and optimization of advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TG Ads, LinkedIn Ads;

- Creating briefs for Designers, Copywriters, and Production teams for video creatives, static creatives, and landing pages;

- Conducting regular analysis of the effectiveness of creatives, GEOs, campaigns, and offers based on KPIs;

- Communication with project teams to receive feedback on performance;

- Development of promotion strategy and media planning;

- Preparing regular reports by project and channel (weekly/monthly).
