Senior QA Engineer Offline

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior QA Engineer with 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by designing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and working closely with developers and product managers to deliver a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Perform manual and automated testing across web and mobile platforms
• Collaborate with development and product teams to define requirements and acceptance criteria
• Detect, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices
• Participate in release planning, sprint reviews, and daily stand-ups
• Maintain and improve automated test frameworks (if applicable)
• Ensure product quality meets defined standards before release

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in QA or software testing
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr)
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla)
• Solid experience in functional, regression, integration, and usability testing
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (both written and spoken)
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• Basic understanding of scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Performance or security testing experience
• ISTQB or other QA-related certifications
