Lead Generation Manager Offline
Requirements:
— 6 months + of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role
— Experience or good understanding of the Upwork platform
— Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
— Experience with any CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
— Strong attention to detail
— Quick learner and adaptable
— Excellent business communication skills
— Experience in customer relationship management
— Proactive mindset with the ability to make independent decisions and impact results
— Result-oriented with understanding of KPI/OKRs
Nice to have:
— Knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook
— Experience using lead sourcing platforms like AngelList, Crunchbase
— Familiarity with automation tools like GrowthLead, Linked Helper, etc.
— Experience in cold email campaigns
— Effective communication skills with leads
Responsibilities:
— Search for potential clients based on ICP and criteria using optimization tools
— Verify and ensure quality of gathered data; identify key decision-makers within prospects
— Build and maintain relationships with prospects by initiating and following up communications to move leads through the sales funnel
— Set up and manage email campaigns on outreach platforms (Lemlist or similar), ensuring deliverability
— Manage data for new and prospective clients, ensuring all communications are properly logged
— Prepare and analyze marketing and sales pipeline reports and dashboards
