Due to active team expansion, we are looking for an Operations Manager.

This role involves managing and improving all operational processes, controlling efficiency, enhancing performance, and optimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Process Analysis

  • Conduct a detailed review of processes across 8 departments.
  • Document all workflows and identify bottlenecks and improvement areas.
  • Develop actionable recommendations for optimization and cost reduction.

🔹 Planning & Strategy

  • Create a 12-month roadmap for process improvements, including resource planning and KPI tracking.

🔹 Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Facilitate regular meetings with department leads to monitor progress and resolve ongoing issues.

🔹 Systems Implementation

  • Implement management and control systems to boost departmental efficiency.
  • Set up tools for real-time process monitoring and performance analysis.

🔹 Process Optimization

  • Provide detailed proposals for improvements and ensure their implementation.

Scope of Responsibility

  • Develop and execute the overall operational strategy.
  • Manage the lifecycle of all operational projects across departments.
  • Collaborate closely with heads of Design, Content, IT, Marketing, Finance, HR/Recruitment, and Bonus teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Continuously monitor the market and competitors to identify trends and new opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze team feedback to improve internal processes and services.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in Fintech / IT / Gambling industries.
  • Strong understanding of technologies and trends in operational excellence.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in process management systems and analytics tools.
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Kanban).
  • Experience with process optimization across multiple departments.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira (or equivalents) for process structuring.
