Technical Project Manager (Networking)

Larch Networks is an international IT company specializing in software development for network traffic processing equipment. We're expanding our team and looking for a Project Manager with a strong technical background and understanding of networking technologies.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in project planning during (pre)sales stages.

• Communicating with clients (emails, calls, online meetings).

• Building effective communication with stakeholders, customers, and development teams.

• Organizing and coordinating multidisciplinary R&D teams.

• Creating roadmaps, tracking task execution and meeting deadlines.

• Using task tracking tools (Redmine / Jira) and preparing project documentation.

• Managing project budgets and resources.

• Identifying and mitigating risks and solving non-standard issues.

• Ensuring quality throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing IT projects, preferably in technical environments. ( Telecom / Embedded / Networking)

• Strong understanding of networking technologies.

• Fluent English (written and spoken) for client communication.

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Proficiency in Redmine, Jira, MS Project or similar tools.

• High level of responsibility and self-organization.
  
  

 Would be a plus:

• Higher technical education.

• Experience in R&D teams or projects related to hardware/embedded systems.

• Understanding of full-cycle hardware/software development.

• Experience managing projects with international clients.
