Senior BI Analyst Offline
The Business Data Science team at Noom (www.noom.com) looking for a Senior BI Analyst— a highly visible, high-impact group that supports data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will be a key contributor to their weekly pacing process, which is presented directly to CEO and senior leadership team. Your work will shape strategic decisions and directly influence company performance.

As their business grows and complexity increases, this role is critical to scaling their analytics capacity, identifying growth opportunities, and helping ensure they’re not just reacting to data — but using it proactively to drive the business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, build, and maintain key business KPIs, dashboards, and reports.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis and business modeling to guide key strategic decisions.
- Prepare weekly pacing materials for the CEO and senior leadership team, delivering a clear picture of business performance against monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals.
- Investigate trends, anomalies, and variances across a range of performance metrics, and communicate clear, data-driven narratives and strategic recommendations.
- Create high-quality visual and written presentations that summarize insights and highlight areas of opportunity or concern.
- Proactively identify risks, emerging trends, and performance drivers, supporting data-informed decisions across the business.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a holistic understanding of business performance
- Continuously refine the pacing process and materials to improve strategic clarity, visibility, and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, business intelligence, or technical operations.
- Advanced SQL skills (joins, aggregations, window functions, CTEs).
- Strong Python experience for data analysis and transformation.
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker (or similar) to create dashboards and visualizations.
- A proven track record of presenting data and insights to senior stakeholders and facilitating executive-level discussions.
- Experience working with digital consumer subscription products is a plus.
