Team Lead of Finance Offline

We develop effective solutions and tools for business promotion and support and now we are searching for an experienced and self-driven Team Lead of Finance to join our team! As a Team Lead of Finance, you will mainly be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives, monitoring and analyzing key revenue streams, ensuring profitability, and identifying areas for improvement.

 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements (PL, CF, BS), budgeting & controlling, and annual business plan forecasts.
• Ensure reporting preparation for timely and accurate audits and controls.
• Manage liquidity, cash flow, and payments flow/capital expenditure/investment management.
• Participation with the Managing Company regarding KPIs / OKR development & incentive schemes.
• Develop BI Analytic & Predictive business models based on real-time data.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of plan vs. actual deviations for the business unit, assessing financial efficiency.
• Ensure the reports provided to the management align with the data in the business units' management reporting systems (Qbooks).
• Analyse tax reporting from the perspective of tax burden optimization and tax planning within the and its constituent companies.
• Standardise reporting by international standards and validate the accounting policy of the business unit.
• Provide factor analysis (analytical notes with analysis of deviations/overachievements) prepared by the financial manager of the business unit.
• Develop and implement financial processes within the Business Unit with the CEO to ensure effective financial management.
• Build and streamline the financial function within the Business Unit.
• Managed and led the financial department, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Finance/Team Lead in the iGaming/Crypto/Payment sectors, with a strong understanding of industry-specific details.
• Advanced knowledge of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, with a track record of driving profitability.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop finance teams, while collaborating effectively with other departments and external service providers.
• Ability to think strategically, analyze complex financial data, and provide actionable insights to support business growth and decision-making.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with financial software and tools, including ERP systems, and experience in implementing technology-driven solutions for financial reporting and analysis.
• Upper Intermediate spoken and written English.
