Phokus outsourcing branch, operating under the name CodePhusion (https://codephusion.com/), is seeking experienced Business Analysts / PMs with technical acumen to support one of our main customers in Sports domain from UK.

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Project Manager who can bridge the gap between clients and development teams. The ideal candidate should be comfortable discussing requirements with international clients having different departments with different stakeholders, preparing specifications, and managing project execution cycles with a tech-savvy approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, define, and document business and functional requirements.
• Communicate directly with stakeholders to understand their goals, expectations, and constraints.
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks and work closely with developers and designers.
• Prepare project specifications, user stories, and workflows.
• Monitor project progress, update timelines, and handle scope management.
• Ensure clear and effective communication between all stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Very Good English proficiency and ability to communicate effectively with international clients.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / PM in software or digital product development.
• Technical background (understanding of APIs, databases, or basic architecture is a strong plus).
• Experience with project management tools like Jira.
• Familiarity with tools for documentation like Confluence / Google Docs.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Ukrainian language for communication with the development team.
