We’re looking for someone who sees HR as a way to uplift individuals, design meaningful growth journeys, and create a benefits experience that truly reflects what our people value. Responsibilities:

Learning & Development:

  • Collaborate with managers to identify growth areas and development goals for teams and individuals based on Performance Review results
  • Organize and manage training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives to enhance employees’ skills and competencies by their PDP plans
  • Monitor learning progress and track training effectiveness and completion rates
  • Develop, launch, and analyze employee surveys to assess engagement, satisfaction, and development needs, providing actionable insights

 

Employee Benefits & Wellbeing:

  • Manage and optimize the company’s employee benefits programs
  • Research and propose new benefits and perks based on employees’ needs and market trends
  • Update benefits policy for colleagues in Ukraine and develop a tailored benefits package for colleagues in the EU
  • Coordinate the process of employee recognition, rewards, and engagement programs
  • Handle employee requests regarding benefits, policies, and wellbeing initiatives
  • Regularly analyze data and prepare reports on talent development and benefits KPIs
  • Work closely with the HR team to improve existing processes and suggest new ideas for employee development and engagement
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation regarding benefits and development programs

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HR operations, or Employee Benefits management
  • Strong understanding of employee development programs, wellbeing initiatives, and benefits administration
  • Experience in organizing and managing training programs, workshops, and employee engagement activities
  • Familiarity with Ukrainian labor legislation and knowledge of HR practices in the EU (preferred)
  • Experience in conducting and analyzing employee surveys and presenting actionable insights

 

Hiring process:

  • Interview with Recruitment Lead — up to 1 hour
  • The final interview with HRD — up to 1 hour
