Customer Success

We’re looking for a smart, personable, and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to join our team. If you're energized by data, comfortable with real estate or finance lingo, and love helping customers succeed, this role might be for you.

Forecasa is a fast-growing real estate data and analytics company focused on the private lending space. We collect and normalize transaction-level data—deeds, mortgages, pre-foreclosures, and more—to help private lenders, loan originators, and institutional investors underwrite more effectively, monitor market exposure, and uncover unique borrower-lender relationships.

Our platform gives clients an edge in business development, portfolio risk monitoring, and credit analysis by surfacing insights they can’t get anywhere else. We’re profitable, founder-led, and growing quickly—with customers ranging from boutique lenders to top-tier investment funds.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for many of our clients—ensuring they understand and utilize the full value of our data platform
• Run onboarding and training sessions with new users
• Monitor product usage and proactively flag renewal timelines, upsell opportunities, or churn risks
• Coordinate deliverables like CSV reports or custom research with our internal data and marketing teams
• Help transform customer feedback into actionable insights for product development
• Occasionally support our research and marketing efforts with customer-facing visualizations or light data outputs

You Might Be a Fit If:

• You’ve worked with customers in SaaS, real estate, or finance—and love making complex ideas easier to understand
• You’re confident in Excel or Google Sheets, and can talk through a CSV with a client
• You’re a good listener, a clear communicator, and ask smart follow-up questions
• You like working on small, fast-moving teams with high standards and lots of autonomy
• Bonus points for experience with private lending, data analysis, or light data visualization tools
