Customer Support Representative to $1100 Offline

What You’ll Do

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via email and internal platforms
     
  • Assist customers with bidding, pickup issues, and account questions
     
  • Explain and enforce auction terms & policies clearly and respectfully
     
  • Use internal systems to gather order info
     
  • Help educate customers about our return process and policies

 

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
     
  • Excellent written English (clear, professional, and friendly)
     
  • Organized, dependable, and proactive problem-solver
     
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely
