IT Project Manager

Now, we’re looking for a skilled IT Project Manager to join our team and lead our web development projects. You will work with international clients, manage the team, and establish timely project delivery.

For a perfect match, we expect  🎯

• 1+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• Experience managing international clients (US & Europe) 
• Proficiency with Jira (or similar tools)
• Basic understanding of technical stacks: React, Node.js, Laravel, WordPress, Shopify
• Strong understanding of web development lifecycle and best project management practices
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth collaboration
• English B2+

Duties & Responsibilities 💼

• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines, quality, and budget
• Clarify requirements, provide updates, and align priorities
• Lead cross-functional teams for smooth collaboration
• Prioritize and delegate tasks in Jira to keep projects on track
• Maintain clear project specs, reports, and updates
• Identify and resolve potential roadblocks early
• Continuously optimize workflows for efficiency
• Monitor project performance and ensure goal alignment
• Remove obstacles and enhance team productivity
